This is not for legal immigrants. It is clearly directed towards legalizing the illegals - who obviously would not leave US once they get a chance to enter.
Economy is in trouble so immigration will be on back-burner.
Still if Democrats chose to fix (really??) immigration, I think they would try to address concerns of Hispanic voters by legalize illegals and fixing family based immigration issues. This would help increase Hispanic votes, and support in 2010 elections. New Hispanic voters may make up for the non-Hispanic US votes they lose in the process.
If they address just legal immigration, it will anger both Hispanics, non-Hispanics groups and their votes in 2010 elections. So it's not a possibility.

I am trying to efile AP and there is a question regarding date of intended departure and expected length of the trip. I don't have any plans to use AP and is applying for emergency travel. Please let me know what to fill if any one is in the same situation who have e-filed.

I never had any RFE, but my case has been bounced around for no reason. From TSC->CSC->TSC and I am told that it is not even pre-adjudicated not even assigned to any officer as yet. I have yet to see any more illogical organization other than USCIS. :mad:

We also need more active members in Miami as it is a huge city. Would you like to take up the responsibility to post the flyers in Chinese/Indian/Philipino stores or other places where people from these or other immigrant community gathers? Or maybe simply send out emails to send the same message to your friends. It is ok if there is any constraint.

My friend sent me through wire transfer. I think bank was HDFC.
He had't get RBI clearance or anything and he sent under maintenance category or something like not sure.
It was done in 2005 not sure rules are changed lately.

llc and s-corp are same for the situation you brought up... however, you gotta be mindful of the "corporate veil"... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piercing_the_corporate_veil trap... which can affect any company llc or corp... dont worry, there is nothing bad in it... just make sure that you keep real good records and separate business operations from personal...
further i doubt that s-corp or corp is a promotion over llc as your post seems to suggest...
anyway... your choice is not bad... and neither is mine...

Sorry, if you didn't like my comment. I am of Indian origin, and recognized/enjoyed your poetry and thoughts well. We can surely talk to our peers in any language, but writing for general information exchange on a public forum in our language may lead to regional labelling of our forum, which we don't intend.
First up all I am not that poetic; so I want to discredit the credits bestowed up on me by you. What labelling r u talking about? Why are you so afraid about things that have no bearing on anybody. Being Indian/ Chinese/ Philippine has nothing to do with it as long as the comments elicit positive energy among peers. I am not talking about blantaly jotting down everything in a non-english language; I am only talking about poetic stanza's people pen that removes some sadness or frustration about the whole immigration fiasco.
As far as talking about peers, I consider IV folks to be my peers too. ;)

Dude, I am telling you again. Expungement will not help him w.r.t immigration matters (which includes entering USA).
Even when he gets his criminal record expunged, for all immigration matters, he needs to provide information about his conviction and an explanation.
He need not to declrae at the POE unless he is asked for..
